Review draft · Updated 11 October 2026

1. Who we are

Solike Family Office is the brand used by SOLIKE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT PTY LTD, ABN 85 674 843 639 (Solike, we, us or our).

We respect the privacy of individuals who visit our website, contact us or engage with our business. This policy explains how we handle personal information in those interactions. We comply with privacy obligations that apply to our business. Additional collection notices may explain how we handle information for a particular service.

You can contact us about privacy at info@solike.com.au or write to SOLIKE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT PTY LTD, Attention: Privacy Enquiries, Level 8, 8 Help St, Chatswood NSW 2067, Australia.

2. Information we collect

Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect your name, email address, city, contact preferences, areas of interest and information you choose to include in correspondence or discussions.

If you explore further services, we may request information relevant to your enquiry, such as your business interests, family priorities, investment objectives, jurisdictions involved or existing professional advisers. We will explain any additional information required for a particular engagement. Please do not send identity documents, account details, tax file numbers, health information or detailed information about children through a general website enquiry.

Information about another person should only be provided when you are authorised to do so. Where appropriate, please make that person aware of this policy. Sensitive information will only be requested where necessary for an identified purpose and handled with consent or another lawful basis where required.

For school guidance, please make initial enquiries through a parent, guardian or appropriately authorised representative. If information about a child is later required, we will explain why it is needed, who will receive it and how to provide it securely, and confirm the appropriate authority and any required consent. Only information relevant to that purpose should be supplied.

3. How information is collected

We collect information you provide through emails, calls, meetings and other communications. Where appropriate and permitted, we may also receive information from a representative or professional adviser acting for you. We may ask you to confirm their authority.

You may make a general enquiry without identifying yourself, or using a pseudonym, where lawful and practicable. If we do not receive information needed to respond or provide a particular service, we may be unable to proceed.

4. Website enquiries and technology

The website remembers your language preference in your browser. Enquiry text entered in the form is not saved by the website to browser storage. The “Continue in email” button asks your device to open an email draft addressed to info@solike.com.au. You must review and send it in your email application; clicking the button does not confirm delivery. Your email provider may save the draft under its own settings and privacy practices.

If no email application opens, contact info@solike.com.au directly. Please avoid including identity documents, account numbers or other sensitive details in an initial enquiry.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Requests for those resources transmit technical information, including your IP address, to the provider. Our hosting and delivery providers may also process technical information to operate and protect the website. Provider, logging and overseas-processing details remain subject to confirmation before public launch.

Resource downloads

When you request downloadable resources, we collect your name, email, phone number, city, language preference, consent and request time. These details are stored in the website database to manage your request and allow Solike to contact you about your needs. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We check contact formats but do not verify ownership of your email or phone number. An essential, HTTP-only access cookie allows downloads for 24 hours; it contains a random access token, not your contact details. Download permission expires after 24 hours. Contact info@solike.com.au for access, correction or deletion requests, subject to applicable obligations.

5. Why we use personal information

We use information relevant to an interaction to respond to enquiries, arrange discussions, understand your priorities, administer agreed work and coordinate introductions or professional input that you request or authorise. We may also use relevant information to maintain business records, handle complaints, protect our systems and meet applicable legal obligations.

If we send marketing communications, we will do so in accordance with applicable requirements and provide a way to opt out. You may also ask us to stop marketing communications by emailing info@solike.com.au. Service-related or legally required communications may still be necessary.

6. When information may be shared

Where relevant to the purposes above, information may be shared with personnel who need it for their work; providers supporting our email, hosting, communications, records or other business systems; our professional advisers; and authorities or other parties where required or permitted by law.

For an introduction to an investment counterparty, tax or legal professional, education specialist or other external adviser, we will explain the intended introduction and obtain any required permission before sharing relevant personal information. We seek to limit disclosure to information appropriate for the purpose.

An external provider may handle information under its own privacy policy and engagement terms. An introduction is not blanket permission for unrelated disclosures or marketing.

7. Overseas handling

International professional introductions and technology services may involve personal information being handled outside Australia. Before an introduction involving your information, we will explain the intended recipient and obtain any required permission. Where applicable, we take the steps required by Australian privacy law for overseas disclosures.

Review item: the countries and recipient categories involved in hosting, email, support and backups have not yet been confirmed. This section must be completed against the actual arrangements before public launch.

8. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the relevant purpose and applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. When it is no longer needed and retention is not required, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.

Review item: the business must confirm its storage systems, implemented access controls and retention and deletion procedures before public launch. No fixed retention period or unverified security certification is represented in this draft.

9. Access and correction

You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you by contacting info@solike.com.au. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will consider your request in accordance with applicable law. If access or correction cannot be provided, we will explain the reason and available complaint options to the extent required or permitted by law.

10. Privacy concerns and complaints

Please send privacy concerns to info@solike.com.au, marked “Privacy Enquiry”, with enough information for us to understand the issue. We will acknowledge the complaint, assess the circumstances and respond within a reasonable period. If more time or information is needed, we will explain the next steps.

If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au to ask whether it can consider your complaint. Its jurisdiction and complaint requirements apply.

11. Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our operations, technology or applicable requirements. The latest version will be published on this website with its update date. Where additional notice or consent is required for a change in information handling, we will take the required steps.
